Breathing Workshop

Breathing is something that we do without thinking, is involuntary, we just breathe. Civilization, the current lifestyle, such as sedentary life, changed among other things, the way that we breathe. 

Being aware of our breathing and breathing correctly is one of the most important things you can do to maintain a healthy life. Thus, breathing correctly promotes relaxation, reduces stress and can prevent the onset of various diseases. 

This workshop is aimed to all water and underwater activities and has the intention to teach students how to breathe properly and consciously in order to get the most out of each breath. Will be taught exercises that can later be made in an autonomous way, being an asset in these activities and in the daily basis.

Monofin

This course is an introduction to the monofin swimming technique. The student will develop basic technical skills and knowledge needed to start using the monofin efficiently. 


Will be presented to the students different approaches to use monofin in freediving, as well as exercises to improve technique and basic training programs. 


Structure of the course: 1 theory session and 2 practical sessions.

Safety

AIDA 2* or equivalent is a prerequisite for the pool safety freediver course. For the depth safety freediver course is a prerequisite the AIDA 3 * course or equivalent. 


This course teaches techniques and rules about AIDA International competitions. The student will develop knowledge and skills, being able to act as safety freediver for both international competitions like for your daily basis before, during and after a dive. 


Course Structure: 1 theory session, 1 confined water session and 1 open water session.

Duration: 2 days 

For Safety course is required to have the AIDA 2 * course or equivalent.

Competition

For competitive athlete course is required to have the AIDA 2 * course or equivalent.

This is a course for those who want to participate for the first time in an International AIDA competition or for anyone who wants to learn more about running competitions and their rules. 


Students will develop their knowledge and skills in the following competition disciplines: static, dynamic and constant weight in a recreated environment / competition in a pool and in depth. 


Course Structure: 1 theory session, 1 confined water session and 1 open water session.

Duration: 2 days
